Supervision offers a dedicated and reflective space for professionals to explore and develop their practice. It invites you to consider your clinical work and the contexts in which you practise, while also attending to how this work affects you. Supervision provides space to reflect on professional and ethical standards, boundaries, and role responsibilities, alongside a consideration of the ongoing development of your professional practice and identity.
Supervision is an invaluable opportunity for professional development that supports personal wellbeing.
My approach to supervision is collaborative and co-creative. I will work alongside you, recognising and valuing your own existing expertise, whilst supporting your ongoing professional growth and needs
I work experientially, offering creative and embodied methods to support learning and inviting new insight. My intention is for supervision to be a space where you can be curious, share concerns, explore learning edges, celebrate achievements, and develop confidence and competency in your professional practice and role/s.
I offer clinical supervision for trainee and qualified psychotherapists. I work as a principle supervisor and an additional supervisor, particular for clinicians working outdoors, with groups and with a creative and / or embodied approach. I work with psychodrama psychotherapists and psychotherapists from other modalities.
I also offer supervision to a wider range of helping professionals, including teachers, outdoor practitioners and social workers.
My supervision practice is informed by an understanding about the role of organisational, systemic and environmental contexts, and is adapted to meet the specific needs of your role and the setting you work in.
I charge £60 for 60 minutes in person (indoors and outdoors) and online, with a reduced-fee for trainees according to supervision frequency.
