Kirsty Weedon: Psychotherapy, Supervision, Facilitation & Education

Why choose Psychotherapy?

Psychotherapy offers a supportive space to explore whatever is important to you. This may include making sense of something unresolved, a feeling of being stuck, a sense of incongruence or lack of alignment in your life. You may be seeking support to navigate a past experience, an ongoing difficulty, or a forthcoming change. You might also feel unsure about what you want to focus on; we can explore this together, identifying what you would like to gain from therapy.

You can choose to work with me one-to-one, outdoors, or as part of a group.

Therapy is an investment in and commitment to yourself and your wellbeing, offering dedicated time and space to connect with what matters to you.

Individual Psychotherapy

I often work with people on a longer-term basis allowing space to process ruptures, repair relationships and connections, and move towards embodying meaningful, lasting change.

I also offer shorter-term therapy (with a minimum commitment of eight weeks).

I work in person from the Magnolia Therapy Centre (354 Mansfield Road, Mapperley Park, Nottingham NG5 2EF) and also online.

I charge £60 for 50-minutes with some reduced-fees available for those on low income and trainees.

Weekly Psychodrama Group

This is a creative and embodied opportunity to explore whatever feels important to you. Each session follows a supportive and containing structure, offering space to reflect on themes at a pace that feels right for you. The group process invites connection, recognising shared resonances while also honouring and respecting difference.

This group is suitable for people new to psychodrama and those with previous experience.

Trainee and practising counsellors and psychotherapists are welcome.

We meet Wednesday evening, 6-8 pm at the Methodist Church in Sherwood (Devon Drive, Sherwood, Nottingham NG5 2EN)

There is a self-selecting sliding scale between £35-£45 per session.
