Hello, I'm Kirsty, a Psychotherapist,
Outdoor Therapist, Supervisor, Facilitator and Lecturer.

For the past twenty-five years, I have worked across education, youth and community work, outdoor learning, and psychotherapy, supporting people to learn more about themselves, each other and the world, and to feel more connected, resourced, and empowered in their lives.
I now run my own private psychotherapy and supervision practice, offering individual and group sessions, indoors, outdoors and online. I also teach at the University of Cumbria and the Minster Centre in London.
At the heart of all my work is a deep respect for, and trust in, our innate capacity for growth and healing. My role is to offer you a supportive relationship and a safe, holding environment that provides you with the support you need to move towards your goals.
I bring warmth, compassion, experience, curiosity, and creativity to my work as well as an ongoing commitment to ethical practice, attending to my own ongoing learning and development, and a continual reflection on my position and privileges, biases and blind spots.
I am passionately committed to providing the support and opportunities for you to thrive.
Please feel welcome to get in touch.
Warm wishes,
Kirsty
