Hello and welcome to my website, I'm Kirsty, a psychotherapist, supervisor and facilitator. I work indoors and outdoors, with individuals and groups.
I provide relational, creative and embodied opportunities for you to deepen your relationship with yourself, others and the natural world.

Psychodrama Group: A creative and embodied invitation to explore themes inspired by the Celtic Year, including ancestors and dreams, in a supportive group process.
Wednesday 6-8pm: 5th November - 17th December (7 sessions). Sherwood Methodist Church, Nottingham. £35-£45 per session.
Individual Outdoor Therapy / Supervision: I have space to work with new clients and supervisees individually outdoors, either in Nottingham, Derbyshire or London (Tuesdays only).
Psychodrama Outdoors, London: A one-day CPD workshop for clinicans / trainees with no experience of psychodrama and / or working outdoors, and wanting to experience psychodrama outdoors. Please get in touch to register your interest for the next workshop. Dates to be released shortly. £50-£65
